Intensive Dampener

Water added at the inlet of the machine is mixed with wheat, quickly turning rotor ensures intensive mixing and drives the product to the outlet due to the shape of the blades. Continues friction of the moist kernels against one another ensures uniform distribution of water to the kernels. Movement of wheat kernels is the effect of centrifugal force generated by rotor, which ensures the kernels do not get damaged during operation.
