Malt Roller Mill
The Roller Mill crushes the grain twice. It starts with a preliminary crushing through the initial fixed gap between the top two rollers which cuts open the grain and then ends with a pass through from the second gap of polish rollers that flattens the grains and loosens the endosperm with minimal husk damage.
